Sina Kloke

The 2023-2024 season, Sina Kloke continues her ascent as one of the most promising pianists on the international classical music scene. Born in Detmold (Germany), she studied with Matti Raekallio (Juilliard School), Arbo Valdma and Pavel Gililov (Cologne University of Music and Dance). Acclaimed musicians such as Karl-Heinz Kämmerling, Elisabeth Leonskaja, Dmitri Bashkirov, Emanuel Ax and Paul Badura-Skoda have substantially influenced her artistic development.
Sina Kloke performs as a soloist and as a chamber music partner at renowned festivals and stages worldwide. Recent highlights include concerts at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, Cologne Philharmonie, Konzerthaus Berlin, Gasteig in Munich, Tonhalle in Düsseldorf, Semperoper in Dresden, Steinway Hall in London, KKL Luzern, Kraków Philharmonic, Rudolf-Oetker-Halle in Bielefeld, Carnegie Hall in New York, Eilat Festival in Israel, Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival, Moritzburg Festival in Dresden and the Enescu Festival in Bucharest.
Her latest album, Enescu Piano Works on MDG, featuring Enescu’s Pièces Impromptues and Piano Suite No. 2, has met with worldwide critical acclaim: “A ravishing interpretation that makes you want to hear more Enescu” (Pizzicato); “A fascinating CD” (Le Monde).
She has been awarded prizes from the German Music Association, Schott Music, International Piano and Strings Competition New York, Munich Piano Competition, Hastings International Piano Concerto Competition, Metropolitan International Piano Competition, and the soloist prize of the Chamber Orchestra of New York.
